  • Annika is a coach and consultant with an extensive research background in organizational systems. She specializes in diversity and demographic shifts in the workplace and the impact of rapidly changing communication and technologies on all forms of business. Annika also teaches courses in Organizational Communication at universities around the world. Her work has successfully allowed organizations to recalibrate their expectations and opportunities to better align their culture and the needs of different generations. Results include increased retention rates and improved productivity and workflow across generations.

  • Annika earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Purdue University, Indiana, her M.A. in International Communication from The American University, Washington, DC, and her BA in Media and Communication Studies from Lund University, Sweden. She is published in several academic journals and continues to present her award winning research at internationally renowned conferences.

  • Annika volunteers for Film Independent, an association dedicated to independent filmmaking. She enjoys spending time with her dogs, the company of good friends, and engaging in various creative activities, including singing, writing, and jewelry making.
