  • Amy is the Founder and Principal of the Interchange Group. She specializes in organizational development, employee training programs, and executive coaching. Amy has experience working with organizations of all sizes in a range of industries, including the not-for-profit sector. Prior to founding the Interchange Group, Amy held a variety of consulting and managerial positions in Change Management, Human Resources, Marketing and Customer Service.

  • Amy received her MBA in Strategy and Organizational Development from the Anderson School at UCLA and her BA in International Relations from Vassar College. She is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DISC and several other interpersonal and career assessment tools.

  • Amy is also Board President of the Young Alumnae Council for the Marlborough School for Girls in Los Angeles, and where she works closely with the school’s administration to get young alumnae involved in their alma mater and community at large.
